Melissa Gaboury

Melissa Gaboury is an associate attorney at Hornung & Scimone P.C. She received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and has been practicing real estate law since 2005. She specializes in buyer, seller, and lender representation, refinances, condominium conversions and compliance, LLC creation, title examinations and issue resolutions, and short sales. Attorney Gaboury understands moving can be stressful, and makes it her goal to manage the legal details of every real estate transaction so clients don’t have to; to take what seems complicated and make it easy. With her keen attention to detail, willingness to travel, and timely responsiveness she has closed countless transactions with very satisfied clients.

Attorney Gaboury also leads sought-after seminars for first-time homebuyers, real estate agents, and mortgage professionals.

Melissa is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and currently resides in East Boston.
